Order Terms

1.         Price Terms: Ex Works .

2.         Payment terms: T/T (Wire Transfer) or pay by western union before delivery. We don’t accept payment by credit card.

3.         Currency Accepted: We accept USD, RMB, HKD.

4.         Samples Terms: Samples are available. But buyers need to pay for samples and freight cost before samples sent. If you have a FedEx or DHL or TNT freight collected account and agree to pay the courier freight, free samples (Total value under 10 USD) can be offered. We don't accept free samples with free delivery cost.

5.         Delivery Terms: Delivery time negotiable. Generally we will ship the goods of mobile phone battery within 7~10 working days after receiving the payment, and about 15~18 days for NIMH and NiCd rechargeable battery. About 5~7days for Charger and PCB.

6.         Mini Order Quantity (MOQ) :

      1. Transport Ways:
1) Freight prepaid
A) by UPS, Fedex, TNT.
Their service is door to door, then, you can get goods at any place you appointed.
B) By airmail of postoffice
You need to pickup goods from your postoffice
C) By air
You need to pickup goods from the airport of your city or your appionted
D) By sea
You need to pickup goods from the port of your city or your appointed

        
2)Freight collected
A) Fedex, UPS and TNT freight collected
You need to provide us Fedex, DHL or TNT account and the registed company name, receiver's name,delivery address and telephone number with the account .
If to send goods by TNT freight collected. It is necessary for you to inform your location TNT company to inform TNT company in Shenzhen to pickup goods from our Shenzhen company. Shenzhen TNT company will contact us to pickup after you do it.
Noted:We don't accept UPS freight collected.

2. Shipping Policy:

For small weight or volume less than 45kgs, sent usually by TNT or Fedex.
For orders from 45 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume more than 500kgs, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port).
